All dates with an event line through them are booked. Dates with no even line are available. If you cannot navigate into future months that means you’ve reached the end of the scheduled events. All dates after the last scheduled event are available.

Planning an event comes with a lot of questions. Here are the answers to the most common details about booking, pricing, policies, and what to expect at The Timbers of Northwood.

Rental Rates

Meeting, shower, graduation, party – $250/day
Wedding (3-day rental) – $4,200
Add day prior/day following – $200/day

 All events are booked on a first come, first serve basis and are only considered reserved once a fully executed contract has been received along with your deposit or a credit card number to guarantee the reservation (If using a credit or debit card, a service fee will be applied of 4%). Sorry, we are unable to hold dates.
 A $500 non-refundable wedding event deposit and an event contract is required to confirm your reservation at The Timbers. Remaining rental payment is due in full at the time of booking or at a minimum 14 days prior to the date of the event.

The event center can accommodate parties up to 350-400 guests depending on setup requirements.

Glitter, confetti, rice, bubbles, smoke machines, etc. are prohibited.  All candles must be enclosed – tea lights, votive or floating candles are allowed. No pillar or taper candles not enclosed in glass. Temporary decorations must not harm the walls or floors and hanging anything from the ceiling is prohibited. No nails, hooks, screws, duct tape, staples, or pins may be used. 3M hooks/strips are allowed but must be fully removed following the event. Renter provides clean-up of their personal decorations and will place garbage and trash on premises in provided dumpsters or garbage cans. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a minimum $250 cleanup/damage fee. All events must have at least 1 card on file prior to event

The following are included in rental of The Timbers and can be set up at your direction.

  • 5’ Round Tables: 50
  • Banquet Chairs: up to 400
  • Rectangular Tables: 2 at 4’, 8 at 6’ & 8 at 8’
  • Cocktail Tables: 8 high tops
  • Tablecloths: round black or white, available to rent
  • AV System

 The bar rental fee is included for wedding reception; $100 fee for rehearsal night or other parties, which includes a bartender.  Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to TUNE, its employees and volunteers. 

   Renter is not permitted to bring in his or her own alcohol on The Timbers property and outside alcohol will be confiscated. The Timbers prohibits the service of alcohol to minors and open alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited outside of the building.

There is event parking available onsite. Street parking surrounding the event center is also permitted. Guests must comply with all posted signs, local laws, and regulations. There is ample parking on site.

Wedding deposits are non-refundable. Events cancelled more than thirty (30) days prior to an event waive the remaining rental payment. Events cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the event will have the balance due in full.

 Please be respectful of excessive noise as The Timbers is adjacent to a residential neighborhood.  The N door will close at 10pm.  All events must conclude by midnight.  

   Fireworks are strongly discouraged on the Northwood Event Center property.  The City of Northwood Code 41.14 only allows fireworks on July 3 & July 4 from 6 pm – 11pm.

Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the building. Smoking is only allowed outside in the N patio designated smoking area.

 The renter shall leave the property in the same condition as when they entered. Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Property, as determined by the Manager. Damage includes, but is not limited to, physical damage to the property and insufficient cleaning resulting in extra work to return the property to the condition it was in prior to the event. The Timbers is not responsible for personal items or vendor equipment that are lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise lose value. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE VENUE. Renter waives and agrees to hold harmless The Timbers and its employees for claims, losses or damages unless they are a direct intentional misconduct.

   In any event The Timbers, its board members or employees are required to file any action in court to enforce any provisions of this agreement, Renter agrees to pay The Timbers, its board members or employees, all reasonable attorney fees, court fees, and costs of suit incurred by The Timbers, including all collection expenses and interest due.

   The renter agrees to provide The Timbers with a certificate of liability from their insurance company listing TUNE, Inc. as an additional insured.
