Contract

I confirm that I have rented The Timbers on the date listed above. I understand and agree that the $500 deposit is non-refundable. I acknowledge that the remaining rental balance is due in full at the time of booking, or no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

I agree to leave The Timbers in the same condition as it was upon arrival, including returning tables and chairs to their original setup, sweeping floors, flushing toilets, removing trash, ensuring water is not running, turning off lights, and locking all doors.

I confirm that I have received a copy of The Timbers rules and agree to follow them. I authorize The Timbers to use photos from my event for promotional purposes, including brochures, advertisements, the website, and social media.

I understand that I am responsible for any damages that occur during my rental period, as well as for cleanup after my event. If cleanup is not completed properly or if damages occur, a minimum $250 cleanup/damage fee will be charged to the card on file. If cleanup or repairs exceed $250, I agree to be responsible for the remaining balance.

I assume full responsibility and liability for any damages or injuries to any person arising from the use of The Timbers facilities, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TUNE, its agents, and employees from all claims, including legal fees and costs incurred to enforce these terms.

I agree to provide The Timbers with a certificate of liability insurance listing TUNE as an additional insured.
